Background:CD64 (FcγRI), one of the Fc receptors for IgG, is a membrane glycoprotein that mediates endocytosis, phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, cytokine release, and superoxide production. CD64 is also structurally distinct, containing an extracellular Ig-interactive region of three Ig-like domains in contrast to the two domains of the low affinity receptors FcγRII and FcγRIII. It is normally expressed on the surfaces of monocytes and macrophages.

Concentration:

Activity:Not validated for activity

Sequence:Met1-Pro288

Purity: > 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.

Formulation:Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5%-8% trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween 80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Please refer to the specific buffer information in the printed manual.

Reconstitution:It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.5 mg/mL. Concentration is measured by UV-Vis.

Endotoxin:< 1.0 EU/mg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Calculated MW:31.6 kDa

ObservedMW:35 kDa
