Native proteins can be obtained within 80 minutes without ultracentrifugation. The extracted proteins are suitable for a variety of downstream applications, including SDS-PAGE, Western blot, ELISA, enzyme-activity assays, immunoprecipitation and transcription factor activity analysis.
