ProteinExt^TM Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (100×) is a ready-to-use mixture of fourphosphatase inhibitors (sodium fluoride, sodium pyrophosphate, β-glycerophosphate, and sodium orthovanadate) that has been optimized to protect proteins from being dephosphorylated by endogenous phosphatases, including serine/threonine, tyrosine, acidic and alkaline phosphatases. This cocktail is suitable for use in proteinpurification, Western Blot, Co-IP, ChIP, protein kinase activity assay, etc.
