Gene Name: TSPYL5
Specificity:
Background: TSPY like 5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TSPYL5 gene. Predicted to enable chromatin binding activity and histone binding activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to gamma radiation; positive regulation of protein kinase B signaling; and positive regulation of protein ubiquitination. Predicted to be active in chromatin and nucleus.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human TSPYL5 recombinant protein (Position: R24-Q337).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
