Gene Name: TRIM46
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a protein of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes zinc-binding domains, a RING finger region, a B-box motif and a coiled-coil domain. TRIM46 is reported to be involved in the proliferation of multiple types of cancer cells including lung and breast cancer. It has also been shown to control neuronal polarity and axon specification by forming uniform microtubule bundles in the axon.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human TRIM46 recombinant protein (Position: M24-D759).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
