Specificity:

Background: Plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 RNA-binding protein (serbp1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SERBP1 gene. Enables SUMO binding activity; mRNA 3'-UTR binding activity; and ribosome binding activity. Involved in PML body organization. Located in cytosol and nucleus.

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human SERBP1, identical to the related mouse and rat sequences.
