Gene Name: RANBP9
Specificity:
Background: Ran-binding protein 9 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RANBP9 gene. This gene encodes a protein that binds RAN, a small GTP binding protein belonging to the RAS superfamily that is essential for the translocation of RNA and proteins through the nuclear pore complex. The protein encoded by this gene has also been shown to interact with several other proteins, including met proto-oncogene, homeodomain interacting protein kinase 2, androgen receptor, and cyclin-dependent kinase 11.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human RANBP9 recombinant protein (Position: K348-E574). Human RANBP9 shares 95.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse RANBP9.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
