Gene Name: PRAG1

Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes an enzyme that belongs to the tyrosine protein kinase family. A similar protein in rat binds to Rho family GTPase 2 (Rnd2) and regulates neurite outgrowth via activation of Ras homolog gene family, member A (RhoA).

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PRAG1 recombinant protein (Position: H2-V1104). Human PRAG1 shares 74.1% and 73.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat PRAG1, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
