Specificity:

Background: Protein kinase N3 is a serine/threonine protein kinase and one of three PKN isoforms (PKN1, PKN2, PKN3) encoded by independent genes. PKN3 has been identified as an effector that mediates malignant prostate cell growth and is activated by PI3-kinase.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PKN3 recombinant protein (Position: E2-P889). Human PKN3 shares 83.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse PKN3.
