Gene Name: Ogfr
Specificity:
Background: Opioid growth factor receptor, also known as OGFr or the ζ-opioid receptor, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the OGFR gene. Predicted to enable G protein-coupled opioid receptor activity. Predicted to act upstream of or within regulation of growth. Predicted to be located in cytoplasm; membrane; and nucleus. Is expressed in genitourinary system and metanephros. Orthologous to human OGFR (opioid growth factor receptor).
Immunogen: E.coli-derived mouse Ogfr recombinant protein (Position: H217-K427).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
