Gene Name: NR1D2

Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes a member of the nuclear hormone receptor family, specifically the NR1 subfamily of receptors. The encoded protein functions as a transcriptional repressor and may play a role in circadian rhythms and carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NR1D2 recombinant protein (Position: K56-E501). Human NR1D2 shares 88.8% and 87.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat NR1D2, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
