Gene Name: NPAT

Specificity:

Background: Enables transcription coactivator activity and transcription corepressor activity. Involved in cell cycle G1/S phase transition and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in Cajal body; Gemini of Cajal bodies; and cytoplasm.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NPAT recombinant protein (Position: K87-Q1191). Human NPAT shares 71.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse NPAT.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
