Gene Name: NDUFA10

Specificity:

Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a component of 42 kDa complex I, the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. This protein has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity. It transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. A mutation in this gene was found in an individual with Leigh syndrome.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NDUFA10 recombinant protein (Position: H85-R332). Human NDUFA10shares 91.7% and 90.1% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat NDUFA10, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
