Background: Lysophospholipases are enzymes that act on biological membranes to regulate the multifunctional lysophospholipids. There are alternatively spliced transcript variants described for this gene but the full length nature is not known yet.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human IFT74 recombinant protein (Position: I28-H502). Human IFT74 shares 89.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse IFT74.
