ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml, -

Gene Name: IFT172

Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes a subunit of the intraflagellar transport subcomplex IFT-B. Subcomplexes IFT-A and IFT-B are necessary for ciliary assembly and maintenance. Mutations in this gene have been associated with skeletal ciliopathies, with or without polydactyly, such as such short-rib thoracic dysplasias 1, 9 or 10.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human IFT172 recombinant protein (Position: D1505-Q1736). Human IFT172 shares 94.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat IFT172.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
