Gene Name: GSPT1,2
Specificity:
Background: Eukaryotic peptide chain release factor GTP-binding subunit ERF3A/B is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the GSPT1,2 gene. This gene encodes a GTPase that belongs to the GTP-binding elongation factor family. The encoded protein is a polypeptide release factor that complexes with eukaryotic peptide chain release factor 1 to mediate translation termination. This protein may also be involved in mRNA stability.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human GSPT1,2 recombinant protein (Position: K138-D499).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
