ELISA, 0.1-0.5μg/ml, -

Gene Name: SLC2A10

Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Background: Solute carrier family 2, facilitated glucose transporter member 10 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SLC2A10 gene. It is mapped to 20q13.12. This gene encodes a member of the class III facilitative glucose transporter family. The encoded protein plays a role in regulation of glucose homeostasis. Mutations in this gene have been associated with arterial tortuosity syndrome.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human GLUT10/SLC2A10 recombinant protein (Position: A32-Q511).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
