host: Rabbit
Reactivity(H- Human, M- Mouse, R- Rat, B- Bovine, C- Chicken, D- Dog, G- Goat, Mk- Monkey, P- Pig, Rb- Rabbit, S- Sheep, Z- Zebrafish): H, M
Applications: WB, IHC
Background: Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PKR (pT451)
Concentration: 1mg/mL
Immunogen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the C-term region of human PKR (pT451). The exact sequence is proprietary.
WB description: Western blot analysis of PKR (pT451) expression in HeLa PMA-treated (A), Raw264.7 H2O2-treated (B), NIH3T3 LPS-treated (C) whole cell lysates.
IHC description: Immunohistochemical analysis of PKR (pT451) staining in human lung cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
