I have been very impressed with this column-based kit for RNA isolation. I have been using the kit to isolate RNA from cultured pre-adipocytes and adipocytes that had been previously lysed and stored at -80oC in Lysis reagent (eg. TrAZol). The kit is very easy to use, the protocol is quick, and it does not require the use of other more toxic compounds, such as choloroform, as is required by other kits. I was very happy with my RNA yields, which were comparable to what I've obtained using much more expensive RNA isolation kits from competitors, and more importantly the RNA purity was superior to that obtained in the other kits, as assessed by A260/A280 and A230.

I used TRAzol to isolate RNA from mouse heart tissue. Although the RNA targets I work with are low-abundance and difficult to amplify, the results I got were highly comparable to those obtained using Invitrogen TRIzol.

In our lab, RNA extractions happens in a daily basis and this kit make the process super easy and efficient. The concentrations are aleays high and the purity is also high. I strongly recomend this product!

This cDNA kit is one of the best kits I have ever used during my PhD program. It is super easy to use and the cDNA concentrations do not vary among replicates. I strongly remend this product.

Same as or even better then our usual brand and at a much better price.

I use it for RNA extraction from cell culture U87 cells for undergraduate student labs

We purchased a set of five pipettes five months ago. The quality is excellent, and we use them every day.

We used the TransIntro-mRNA Transfection Reagent for transient transfection of HEK293T cells, and the results were outstanding. The reagent demonstrated consistently high transfection efficiency with minimal cytotoxicity, leading to robust mRNA expression within a short time frame. Compared to other transfection reagents we have tested, TransIntro-mRNA provided superior reproducibility and overall performance. It was easy to use and highly reliable, making it an excellent choice for mRNA delivery in cultured mammalian cells.

EU2577 - MDA(Malondialdehyde) ELISA Kit. This kit worked well for fish samples. This gave a more precise standard curve that previous kits I used from other suppliers

Our lab has been using 2x GB-AMP™ PaCeR™ HP™ Master Mix for the past few years, and it has consistently delivered excellent results. We rely on this enzyme for a wide range of PCR applications, including cloning.

The same samples, mouse spleen, were extracted with the qiagen blood and tissue kit and the Gene Bio easy pure genomic DNA kit.
The GB kit gave a higher yield, was more consistent. The kit was also faster and more user friendly (better instructions, less fiddling around adding things to the buffers). It is also MUCH less expensive - about 1/3 the price with the current exchange rate, about 50% less if the currency exchanged at par.

We tested this stain against our common gel stain from the lab, and it gave the same, or even better results. For the prices offered, this will be the stain I go with moving forward, and I recommend other labs give it a try!

It works as well as any agarose could work, I had good separation and clean DNA bands. When I gel extract, the gel was compatible with other extraction kits, and the resulting DNA was free of impurities and worked well for my applications.

I like this product a lot. Our lab synthesizes dozens of plasmids a month, and typically we use Gibson or Hifi assembly. I was hesitant to try this product, but it works exactly the same way. I have assembled plasmids with 2-5 fragments, and of course the 5-fragment assembly was less efficient than the 2, but I still had 100s of colonies. My one constructive criticism would be that it would be nice to have data regarding the best ratios to use per fragment size on their protocol. But I went with 1:1 molar ratio for fragments greater than 200 bp, and 1:2 for products less, and it was completely fine. Overall a good product!

We use this product fairly regularly at my lab. Have used it for colony PCR for products with a range of CG content (45-55% CG), or even to amplify products for plasmid assembly when in a pinch. It works great - no issues, and very convenient.
