Description
The FavorPrep MicroElute GEL/PCR Purification Kit allows isolating and concentrating DNA fragments from agarose gels, PCR or other enzymatic reactions. This kit efficiently eliminates impurities and salt from the sample mixture. The purified DNA fragments are ready-to-use for downstream applications, such as DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, DNA labeling and ligation reactions, and the elution volume can be reduced to 10 µl to obtain high-concentration DNA.

What is MicroElute? conventional spin columns require a minimum of 30 µl or more to elute your purified DNA. Each of our MicroElute columns lets you elute your DNA in as little as 10 µL, so that you can have the high concentration you need.
