Magnetic Separator Stand for 96-well plates-type I:
- for flat bottom 96-well plates and
- for PCR plates.
- magnets pull magnetic beads to the side wall, so that you can pipette up solution easily by inserting pipette tips all the way to the bottom of the well.
Please note: A magnetic stand for 96-well is also referred to as a magnetic rack for 96-well multi-well plate. This is a device with magnets beside each well so that the magnets can pull magnetic beads to the side walls, allowing the solution (liquid) to be removed from the well without removing the magnetic beads in a high-throughput manner. Great for running plate -based magnetic bead assays.
