Description:The H57-597 monoclonal antibody recognizes the β chain of the mouse T cell receptor (TCR), an immunoglobulin superfamily protein expressed on thymocytes and T lymphocytes. TCRβ pairs with TCRα to form the TCR α/β complex, which is essential for antigen recognition and T-cell activation. In vivo, H57-597 administration depletes TCR α/β–expressing T cells.
