Gene Name: DUSP6

Specificity:

Background: Enables phosphoprotein phosphatase activity. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including negative regulation of cardiac muscle tissue regeneration; regulation of endodermal cell fate specification; and regulation of signal transduction. Predicted to be active in cytosol. Is expressed in several structures, including brain; fin; germ ring; head; and pleuroperitoneal region. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in hypogonadotropic hypogonadism 19 with or without anosmia. Orthologous to human DUSP6 (dual specificity phosphatase 6).

Immunogen: E.coli-derived Zebrafish DUSP6 recombinant protein (Position: M1-K233).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
