Gene Name: TRIM40
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family. The encoded protein may play a role as a negative regulator against inflammation and carcinogenesis in the gastrointestinal tract. Alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been described.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human TRIM40 recombinant protein (Position: M1-L258). Human TRIM40 shares 66.7% and 63.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat TRIM40, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
