Background: TOM1-like protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TOM1L1 gene. Enables clathrin binding activity and protein kinase binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of mitotic nuclear division; positive regulation of protein phosphorylation; and signal transduction. Located in cytosol and endosome.
