Specificity:

Background: This antigen is recognized by a subset of anti-centromere antibodies from patients with scleroderma and/or Sjogren's syndrome. Subcellular localization has not yet been established.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human SSSCA1/ZNRD2 recombinant protein (Position: Q31-H199). Human ZNRD2 shares 88.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse ZNRD2.
