Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes an RNA polymerase II-associated protein. The encoded protein may function in transcriptional regulation and may also regulate apoptosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human RPAP3 recombinant protein (Position: R84-E604). Human RPAP3 shares 78.5% and 77.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat RPAP3, respectively.
