Gene Name: RANGAP1

Specificity:

Background: Ran GTPase-activating protein 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RANGAP1 gene. This gene encodes a protein that associates with the nuclear pore complex and participates in the regulation of nuclear transport. The encoded protein interacts with Ras-related nuclear protein 1 (RAN) and regulates guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-binding and exchange. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human RANGAP1 recombinant protein (Position: A165-V587).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
