ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml, -
Gene Name: PUDP
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a member of the haloacid dehalogenase-like (HAD) hydrolase superfamily. The encoded protein has no known biological function. This gene has a pseudogene on chromosome 1. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PUDP recombinant protein (Position: M1-E228). Human PUDP shares 71.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse PUDP.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
