Gene Name: PTCD3

Specificity:

Background: Enables rRNA binding activity and ribosomal small subunit binding activity. Involved in mitochondrial translation. Located in several cellular components, including cytosol; mitochondrial matrix; and nucleoplasm. Implicated in combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency 51.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PTCD3 recombinant protein (Position: D66-R648). Human PTCD3 shares 76.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse PTCD3.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
