Gene Name: PSMD6
Specificity:
Background: 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 6 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PSMD6 gene. This gene encodes a member of the protease subunit S10 family. The encoded protein is a subunit of the 26S proteasome which colocalizes with DNA damage foci and is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquinated proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PSMD6 recombinant protein (Position: E30-Q381).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
