Gene Name: PROX2
Specificity:
Background: Prospero homeobox protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PROX2 gene. Prox2 is a transcription regulator.Prox2 does not seem to be essential for embryonic development and postnatal survival.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PROX2 recombinant protein (Position: R104-E438). Human PROX2 shares 56.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse PROX2.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
