Specificity:

Background: Phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase type 2-beta is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PI4K2B gene. This gene encodes a member of the type II PI4 kinase protein family. The encoded protein is primarily cytosolic and contributes to overall PI4-kinase activity along with other protein family members. This protein is involved in early T cell activation.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PI4K2B recombinant protein (Position: M1-K475). Human PI4K2B shares 78.4% and 79% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat PI4K2B, respectively
