Specificity:

Background: PERM1 is predicted to play a role in glucose and lipid metabolism, energy transfer, and muscle contraction. In mouse muscle cells, Perm1 functions downstream of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma coactivator-1 and estrogen-related receptors and regulates a subset of Pgc1- and Err-dependent genes.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PERM1 recombinant protein (Position: R69-N763). Human PERM1 shares 50.1% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse PERM1.
