Gene Name: NUP43
Specificity:
Background: Nucleoporin 43 (Nup43) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NUP43 gene. Biional transport of macromolecules between the cytoplasm and nucleus occurs through nuclear pore complexes (NPCs) embedded in the nuclear envelope. NPCs are composed of subcomplexes, and NUP43 is part of one such subcomplex, Nup107-160.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NUP43 recombinant protein (Position: D76-S380). Human NUP43 shares 93.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse NUP43.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
