Form: Lyophilized
Reactivity: Human
Applications: IHC
Application Details: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Section), 2-5 μg/ml, Human
Gene Name: NKX2-3
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a homeodomain-containing transcription factor. The encoded protein is a member of the NKX family of homeodomain transcription factors. Studies of similar proteins in mouse and rat have indicated a potential role in cellular differentiation.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human NKX2-3. Human NKX2-3 shares 75% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse NKX2-3.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
