ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml
Gene Name: HPDL
Specificity:
Background: The protein encoded by this intronless gene localizes to mitochondria, where it may function as 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase. Clinical studies have identified several bi-allelic variants in this gene that lower the level of the encoded protein and lead to a clinically variable form of pediatric-onset spastic movement disorder.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human HPDL recombinant protein (Position: H10-Q310).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
