Gene Name: CMKLR2
Specificity:
Background: Enables adipokinetic hormone binding activity and adipokinetic hormone receptor activity. Predicted to be involved in glucose homeostasis and neuropeptide signaling pathway. Located in nucleoplasm and plasma membrane.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human CMKLR2 recombinant protein (Position: M1-Q355). Human CMKLR2shares 80% and 78.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat CMKLR2, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
