Applications: WB,ELISA

Application Details: Western blot, 0.25-0.5 μg/ml, Human
ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml, -

Gene Name: CD69

Specificity:

Background: CD69 (Cluster of Differentiation 69) is a human transmembrane C-Type lectin protein encoded by the CD69 gene. This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human CD69 recombinant protein (Position: M1-K199). Human CD69 shares 58.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse CD69.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
