PBS (phosphate buffered saline) contains 1.06 mM KH₂PO₄ , 155.17 mM NaCl, 2.97 mM Na₂HPO₄ ( pH 7.4). PBS has been widely used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing, dissociation and dilution. PBS is formulated without calcium, magnesium and phenol red. This product has been filter-sterilized.
