Refund policy

Customers should contact customer service order@genebiosystems.com as soon as possible before returning any product. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to returns on correctly filled orders of non-defective product. Non-defective products may only be returned if they are in new condition with no markings on the packaging. Items older than 30 days after order date, may be subject to review. Return transportation must be prepaid in every case.
