Tested Applications:ELISA

Background:Responsible for the proteolytic processing of the amyloid precursor protein (APP). Cleaves at the N-terminus of the A-beta peptide sequence, between residues 671 and 672 of APP, leads to the generation and extracellular release of beta-cleaved soluble APP, and a corresponding cell-associated C-terminal fragment which is later released by gamma-secretase.

Isotype:IgG

Purification Method:>95%, Protein G purified

Conjugate:Biotin

Buffer:Preservative: 0.03% Proclin 300
Constituents: 50% Glycerol, 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4

Form:Liquid

Stroage:Upon receipt, store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze.
