Application Details: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Section), 2-5 μg/ml, Zebrafish
Gene Name: AGO4
Specificity:
Background: AGO4 (Argonaute 4) is also known as EIF2C4. This gene encodes a member of the Argonaute family of proteins which play a role in RNA interference. The encoded protein is highly basic containing PAZ and PIWI domains, and it may play a role in short-interfering-RNA-mediated gene silencing. This gene is located on chromosome 1 in a cluster of closely related family members including argonaute 3, and eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2C, 1.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived zebrafish AGO4 recombinant protein (Position: K116-L161).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
