Background: Syntaxin-12 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the STX12 gene. STX12 functions with the VPS16B/VPS33B (608552) complex in the biogenesis of platelet alpha-granules.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human Syntaxin 12/STX12 recombinant protein (Position: K103-K245). Human STX12 shares 95.1% and 93.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat STX12, respectively.
