Gene Name: SUPT5H

Specificity:

Background: Transcription elongation factor SPT5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SUPT5H gene. Enables enzyme binding activity and protein heterodimerization activity. Involved in positive regulation of macroautophagy; regulation of RNA metabolic process; and transcription elongation from RNA polymerase II promoter. Located in nucleoplasm. Part of DSIF complex.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human SPT5/SUPT5H recombinant protein (Position: Q533-A1087).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
