Background: mRNA-capping enzyme is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RNGTT gene. Enables mRNA guanylyltransferase activity and triphosphatase activity. Involved in 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping. Predicted to be located in nucleoplasm.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human RNGTT recombinant protein (Position: L11-D438).
