Background: Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. The smaller protein isoform encoded by the shorter transcript variant is found only in HIV-1 infected cells.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human OTUD4 recombinant protein (Position: E52-T1114). Human OTUD4 shares 87% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse OTUD4.
