Gene Name: NPY2R
Specificity:
Background: Predicted to enable calcium channel regulator activity and neuropeptide Y receptor activity. Involved in cardiac left ventricle morphogenesis and outflow tract morphogenesis. Located in cilium. Implicated in Huntington's disease; morbid obesity; and obesity. Biomarker of peripheral artery disease and temporal lobe epilepsy.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NPY2R recombinant protein (Position: M1-K367). Human NPY2R shares 94.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse NPY2R.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
