Background: Notchless protein homolog 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NLE1 gene. Predicted to be involved in Notch signaling pathway and ribosomal large subunit assembly. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including chordate embryonic development; hematopoietic stem cell homeostasis; and regulation of signal transduction. Located in nucleolus and nucleoplasm.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NLE1 recombinant protein (Position: M1-R385). Human NLE1 shares 94.3% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse NLE1.
