Gene Name: NTSR1

Specificity:

Background: Neurotensin receptor type 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NTSR1 gene. Neurotensin receptor 1 belongs to the large superfamily of G-protein coupled receptors. NTSR1 mediates the multiple functions of neurotensin, such as hypotension, hyperglycemia, hypothermia, antinociception, and regulation of intestinal motility and secretion.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human Neurotensin Receptor 1/NTSR1 recombinant protein (Position: A15-D400).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
